Olmos Park Terrace is a historical subdivision located near Downtown San Antonio. Designated a local historic district in 2007 and 2008, Olmos Park Terrace is one of 31 acclaimed historic districts in San Antonio. Originally platted in 1931 by developer H.C. Thorman and the Northside Improvement Company, Olmos Park Terrace is full of primarily English stone cottages with shaded tree-lined streets.

If you love being outside, Olmos Park Terrace is an excellent neighborhood because Olmos Basin Park is right down the road. Olmos Basin Park offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy some fresh air and get out into nature, including trails, sports fields, a dog park, and more! Alamo Heights Bike Park and Alamo Heights Pool are also located nearby for those hot summer days.
